Black Eyed Girl

So since Garret and Koren had pictures of Isabelle's black eye I thought that I should post pictures of Haley's. Let me just tell you that it has been a whole new world for us with Haley crawling and pulling herself up on stuff. This particular black eye was when she pulled herself up on a bar stool and then pulled it down on top of her. She didn't cry very much though. She is constantly getting bruised though. What do you do?

Horse Riding Family

Well since it was like 80 degrees here on this past Sunday we decided to head to Grandma and Grandpa Rogers to ride horses. Riley absolutely loves to ride and would stay on there all day if we let him. Daddy is in the process of trying to find someone to help build Riley a special saddle so he can ride the horse all by himself. He will love it. This was the first time that we had Haley up on the horse. She hasn't ridden around with anyone yet but she didn't seem like she was very afraid. I told Clint that we have daredevil kids. It will be interesting to see what they are like when their older. And yes, I did ride this time! I don't usually but I decided to try and get over my fear and I rode for a long time actually. I even let the horse gallop a little. But trust me, I was feeling it on Monday. I don't think people realize that it is very exhausting to ride a horse. It looks easy, but trust me, it's not. Then there is Clint of course that is riding his two new colts and gets bucked off occasionally. But he doesn't care. (How did he get straight A's is the question). It was a really fun day though.

My new blog

Well, this is my second blog, if myspace counts, so we will see if I can figure this one out. Myspace seems a little bit easier from the looks of things but I am pretty computer savy (at least I think so). Not really much is happening in our family. Clint is out of town for this week. He went up to the cold northern region of the state. But I have heard that it is beautiful country up there so he will like it. The kids are being crazy without their dad of course but what can I do? Riley had Occupational Therapy and Pool Therapy today which makes us get home pretty late. Haley I just noticed is getting her first tooth, bottom left. Its about time! She is only 10 months old. We were wondering if she was going to have to gum everything when she got to eat the real stuff. I am just playing mom and doing my everyday OCD routine. What can I say? I am a sucker for a good routine. So are my kids though. Well, I will try to get some pictures up tonight after the little ones are asleep so my page is not so boring. I may have to refer to Damon's instructions on how to do that though.
